What does it really mean to be honest?

Many people think that being honest just involve telling the truth when you do something wrong. But honesty it's more than the quality of being truthful. Being honest also means being truthful with yourself so you can be sincere with others. Have you ever thought how it's the life about those ones who doesn't live honestly with themselves? Living life honestly means opening oneself freely and exposing one's true self to others. And how could someone can do that if they aren't really honest with themselves and most of the time they pretend they're someone else.
Oscar Wide "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken."
Remeber to be honest so people can consider you trustworthy.

Hello Johny!
I’ve received your email, well I can´t tell you too much about what you’re require me for your assignment but I’d tell you what I know.
I in Mexico we love celebrating Day of Dead, because is the day when we can remember and pray to our relatives that has already died. Mexicans usually makes “ofrendas” the ofrendas usually have sugar skulls, some food (the food that the person when was alive prefer), and many people put some water and money, also some things that was belong to them. The ofrendas are like an altar that use to give honor to them, also some of them goes to the pantheon to visit their relatives and gave them some flowers.
My family put a ofrenda and we go to the Parthenon to visit our family who has already died, and sometimes we decorate our house with trimmings.
Halloween is a holiday that is celebrated on the night of October 31st. Children wear costumes and they go to peoples' homes saying "Trick or treat!" to ask for candies or sweet, but if you don’t gave them candies they make you funny mischiefs like throw to your house toilet paper, or many others.
The origins of this holiday is pagan, is said that may wiccans celebrate it first, but it was called the Day of Dead, that is when the spirits and the souls of dead people come back to Earth.
It have been changing a lot because before they do that to scary people and with the purpose to invoke bad spirits, demons souls and to kill a lot of people, and now we celebrate it like a funny holiday when you can spend time with your kids.
I hope you finish your homework, lucky.

Hello Rain forest,

I´m sending this email because I saw your post, and I’m interested in being a volunteer, I think costa Rica Is a wonderful place with an amazing wildlife and nature  but I have some questions, first,  what kind of animals are we going to search? I hope not so dangerous, I love the animals, but I don’t want to get risks.
I love camping, I think also that being outside, away from any communication is also great. I’m also agree that we have to be a strong swimmer, because we are going to swim in the river, I’ supposed, so I want to know more details in what areas are we going to swim.
One more question, we have to know basic Spanish? Or we have to speak and know properly the Spanish? Is because I don’t know it very well, but I can understand it quite well.  Where and when are going to be the introductory course? They are going to be after or before the expedition?

Well I really hope you can answer my question, for your attention thanks!

My favorite food

Before I start talking about my favorite, I have to say I’m vegetarian, which means that I don’t eat meat, chicken or fish. I love salads, but I think my favorite food is soya. The first time I tasted soya I thought it was meat, and I started to yell to my mom because she knew I was vegetarian, I almost cried. But then my mom told me to relax and she explained that it was soya that it’s almost the same as meat but it wasn’t meat. I felt really stupid and every time I remember that day I start laughing, it’s a nice memory. I usually eat soya once or twice a week, my mom cooks it for me. I have to admit I don’t know how to cook. But I’m cool with that because my mom cooks for me.

The electricity and its uses

The electricity is an essential part of our lives. We always use it in a lot of different ways. But where does it come from all that electricity?
Well, that electricity comes from the light company that obviously you have to pay if you want to have electricity in your home. This electricity comes from the lamppost and al that electricity comes directly from the company.
As I said at first, most of the people are very dependent with electricity. Almost all of the stuffs we use function with electricity.
Electricity is very important in our daily live. It´s like the food. But we have to be very careful, because sometimes it´s dangerous.

For example, most of the people don´t know the consequences of manipulating the electricity. One of the advises I can give you is that you call the electricity company and ask for help.

Dear Annie
Nice to know about you, some of the things I do to stay fit is eating a good diet, but you can have a diet without consulting a nutritionist, because most of the time people think that eating only salads and drinking a lot of water, you can be fit and it’s not true.
Before I start my diet, I went to the nutritionist, and he explained me all the different types of food and what each one of them provides to the body, he also explained what calories, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins do to our body, and what kind of food is not healthy. Finally when he gave me the diet in base of my physical shape and weight, he give some tips, like sleeping well, don´t stress and he recommend me to go to a gym.
And that’s how I keep fit, doing exercise and eating according to my diet. Every week I go with him, so that he check how I´m progressing.
Thanks for considering me in your project, take care!
Sincerely

Itzel.
